I chaperoned the 4th grade classes to Vincennes to tour William Henry Harrison's home (Grouseland) and the George Rogers Clark Memorial. All that was new to me since I didn't grow up in Indiana.

Here's our little Joey 4 days shy of 21 months.

And here is our big Joey going off to Prom with Andrea.

School is out this Friday. Stephan will be working as a "summer missioner" through our church for the White Violet Center for Eco-Justice starting June 2. While the work itself should be out of his comfort zone, the job is ideal schedule-wise since it's quite flexible and will allow him to join us on both of the family vacations.

I have gotten pretty busy with work the past few weeks. I started a new project for the Sony plant in town. I'm looking forward to learning Visual Basic .NET for this since I've purposely been avoiding it so far.

Sydney and I and maybe Merrie are going to start learning the guitar. I've always loved guitar music of nearly all styles and have always wanted to play, so we'll see how this works out for us.
