The house is pretty empty now that all our stuff went to the garage sale. Well, not really, but I did take quite a bit in the van. I still need to find time someday to Ebay the other items, some of which I've wanted to Ebay a long time. Oh, well. The Bible says there is a time for everything - it just hasn't gotten here yet for that.

I did not receive an offer from DADC so the intention is to expand my software systems development business to find more customers. I'll try DADC first since they had lots of work I could do, just not for the job I interviewed. I have been busy doing work for the 2 customers I have now, but neither will keep me very busy in the third and fourth quarter when we will need it most. Merrie is nervous, but God is in charge.

Speaking of Merrie, Raisin is beating the snot out of her. Those are her words. She is over 24 weeks now. He seems to be a pretty active fellow. Raisin's heart rate was up over 160 on the last visit - he was likely exercising at the time. Hopefully, he settles down some once he makes it out of her. A child like me would be nice. :) I don't think that will be possible when he has siblings though. It's pretty easy to feel him moving now. I think it is still hard to see him move. I am reminded of the classic space-horror flick 'Alien'. I always wondered how those people couldn't feel the alien inside them until just before it burst through their chests. Hmmm.... Anyway, Merrie is doing pretty well though she's really "done" with work. I bet she's counting the minutes though she doesn't know when her last day will be.

We have an exercise bike again though I am pretty much the only one who uses it for now. Hopefully Merrie will take to it once Raisin isn't being an impediment. This one is much nicer than our old one and we were smarter not to put it in the basement this time. Sitting at a computer all day like I do doesn't burn many calories. I've been riding every day I've been home for 30 minutes. I do my Bible reading and praying then, too.

The boys are doing well. Sydney and his new friend Hayden are nearly inseparable. Hopefully Stephan will get his grades up. That's a requirement for getting his license. Hard to believe he's almost 16. He's as tall and heavy as I am as well.

Merrie and I also celebrated 11 blissful years. We saw a one-man play called 'Underneath the Lintel', which was very good, and then went to a family comedy place that evening that was similar to the show 'Whose Line Is It Anyway?'. That was pretty funny; they even did a little piece about us.
